All plans that use WhatsApp (every plan) require access to the WhatsApp Business API via our platform. This is charged as a fixed add-on to your subscription.
£15/month · added to your subscriptionMeta charges a small fee per conversation for businesses using the WhatsApp Business API. These are passed through at cost. Rates vary by volume and are set by Meta – we’ll give you full visibility before you go live.
Variable · set by Meta · billed at costFor plans that include card payments (restaurants), standard Stripe fees apply to every transaction processed through your account. These are charged by Stripe directly – not by SyncLocal.
Typically 1.4% + 20p per UK card transactionWhere your plan includes Facebook, Instagram, or Google ad campaign management, SyncLocal manages the campaigns on your behalf. The actual ad spend is paid directly by you to the platform – your budget, your control.
